Every product has a size chart measured flat on the actual garment, in centimetres. Measure a piece that fits your child well and compare. For winter wear, pick the size up if your child is between two sizes.

Every parcel is weighed and closed with a numbered Wada sticker seal. Scan the QR code on it with your phone camera, or type its number on the Scan page. You will see the photo and weight of your parcel taken when we packed it. If the seal is torn, or the page says it was already scanned and you did not scan it, do not accept the parcel and call us.

Yes. Check at the door and give back anything wrong. Unused clothes with tags can be returned or exchanged within 7 days. See Return and refund.

For seasonal items like khejur gur, leave your name, phone number and quantity on the product page. Nothing is paid in advance. When your batch is ready we call you to confirm, then deliver cash on delivery.

Your photo is only used to make your try-on picture and is deleted within 24 hours. Your face is never changed. See Privacy.

No. You can order as a guest. Signing in with your phone just lets you see past orders and save addresses.
