Terms

By ordering from Wada (wadabd.com) you agree to these simple terms.

Orders and prices

  • Prices are in Bangladeshi taka (৳) and include VAT where it applies. The delivery charge is shown at checkout.
  • Payment is cash on delivery. We call to confirm every order before sending it.
  • We may cancel an order we cannot confirm by phone, or one that looks fake or abusive. If that happens, you owe nothing.
  • If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we will call you before sending; you can then cancel at no cost.

Products

  • Photos are of the real item. Colours can look slightly different on different screens.
  • Measurements are taken flat, in centimetres, and can vary by about 1 cm.

Pre-orders

A pre-order or waitlist entry is not a purchase and costs nothing. The ship date shown is our best estimate; seasonal products depend on the weather and the harvest. We call you to confirm before sending, and you can say no at that point.

Seals

The Wada seal shows the photo and weight of your parcel recorded when we packed it. If the seal is torn, or the page warns that it was already scanned and you did not scan it, do not accept the parcel and tell us.

Law

These terms follow the laws of Bangladesh, including the Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines 2021 and the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009.
