Delivery

We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh, cash on delivery.

How long it takes

• Inside Dhaka: usually 1 to 3 days.
• Outside Dhaka: usually 2 to 5 days. Remote areas can take a little longer.

Before we send anything, we call to confirm your order. Orders confirmed before 5 pm usually leave the same day; Fridays and public holidays can add a day. Pre-order items (like khejur gur) ship on the date shown on the product, and we call you before they do.

Delivery charge

The charge depends on your district and is shown at checkout before you confirm. The current rates are listed below.

When the parcel arrives

• Check that the Wada seal is not torn, and scan it if you like.
• Open the parcel in front of the rider and check the items.
• Pay only if you are happy. If something is wrong, give it back to the rider and tell us.

You can follow your order any time on the Track order page with your order code and phone number.
