We collect only what we need to deliver your order, and we never sell it.

What we keep

• Your name, phone number and address, to confirm and deliver your order. The courier gets only what it needs to deliver: name, phone, address and the amount to collect.
• Your orders, for tracking, returns and our accounts.
• If you sign in, your phone number or Google email, so you can see your orders and saved addresses.
• Your cart is kept in your own browser until you order.

Try-on photos

If you use virtual try-on, your photo is used only to make your try-on picture. Your photo is deleted within 24 hours. Your face is never changed: only the garment is drawn on. We do not use your photo for advertising, and we do not share it with anyone except the service that makes the picture. You can delete a try-on yourself at any time from your account.

Parcel seal scans

When someone scans a Wada seal, we note the time and the approximate area (district), so we can warn you if a seal was scanned before it reached you. The seal page never shows your full name, phone number or address.

Cookies

We use a cookie to keep you signed in and to remember your language. If we turn on Facebook (Meta) advertising measurement, it sets its own cookies to count visits and purchases; it never receives your address.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time. Contact us and we will reply within 7 days. We keep order records only as long as the law requires for accounts.
