We show every measurement before shipping, and a video call if you want. If you still pick the wrong size, you can exchange a clothing item once.

Conditions

• Ask within 72 hours of delivery.
• Not worn outside, not washed, no stain or smell.
• Tags, Wada seal and packaging intact.
• Innerwear and socks cannot be exchanged.

How it works

• You pay both the return and the new delivery charge.
• If the item fails our check, we send it back to you.
• Size out of stock: you get store credit, not cash.
