Call or WhatsApp us with your order code.

• Cash on delivery, before shipping: free.
• Paid online, before shipping: 100% store credit, or a cash refund minus 2.5%.
• After shipping: delivery and return charge applies.
• We cancel, or we are late: full refund (emergency delays: see Refund policy).
• Pre-orders: free to cancel until we call to say your batch is ready.

Why 2.5%?

Every online payment goes through a payment gateway licensed by Bangladesh Bank. The gateway charges a processing fee when you pay, and charges it again when the money is refunded. These fees are set by the gateway and banks, not by Wada, and are not returned to us. Together they come to more than 2.5%; we deduct only 2.5% and cover the rest ourselves. Want the full amount? Choose store credit: no deduction.

For some orders (first order, high value, past refusals) we may ask for the delivery charge in advance by bKash or Nagad.
